The stay was quite a delight! The room was spacious and comfortable, complemented by a welcoming breakfast featuring an amazing pancake machine. The staff was friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. A great choice for family trips, especially with nearby dining options like Montana Mike's!

The hotel's location was convenient, right off the highway, making it easy for us to access nearby attractions like The Redlands College. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a smooth check-in process. The breakfast included an automated pancake machine, a great feature that made our mornings more enjoyable.

While our stay was pleasant, the pool area needed a bit more attention and cleaning.

The pool area could use a deep clean!!! The elevator needs attention, as several guests reported it broken, causing inconvenience!!! Housekeeping could improve, with varying engagement seen in cleanliness!!!

the shower pressure was inconsistent (so annoying! ). but the indoor pool was refreshing, breakfast had a nice variety (loved the hot options! ), and the large flat-screen tv made our evenings enjoyable!

Mary at the front desk was incredibly friendly, making my check-in process smooth. The comfort level in the Double Suite was impressive. I appreciated the spacious couch which gave my teen a choice for sleeping arrangements. I also found the breakfast options to exceed expectations with a great variety of choices to start my day.

Plus, there were noisy disturbances at night from other guests walking around above us, making it difficult to relax. Overall, while there were highlights to the stay, the issues with cleanliness and maintenance were significant enough to impact the experience.

It was just a balanced option for a city break in El Reno with good value. The Keurig coffee maker in the room was a nice touch that really made mornings easier. Check for the pool conditions before deciding to take a dip.
